Causes of Back Pain
Back pain can be caused from a combination of many different things:
from tight muscles of the back, hips, pelvis or chest…to weakness in the
core or spinal muscles… to decreased range of motion in your hips,
shoulders, spine or pelvis. You may even have a herniated (bulging) disc
and be feeling numbness or electrical sensations down into your hip or leg.
