Christianna’s passion is to keep people healthy, happy, and performing at their personal best during every stage of life from recreational athlete to Olympian. She understands the many intricacies associated with individuals who may be competing, training, recovering, or simply seeking a more satisfying level of physical fitness. She loves educating people on the advantages that sports therapy and structural integration and can bring to the caliber of their sports training, along with their overall health and quality of life.

Christianna’s life has been athletics. Her parents loved sports so much, that she attended her first football match when she was less than a week old. Before the age of two, she was on skis, attending dance, and gymnastics classes. Christianna was a competitive athlete for over twenty years. She was the two-time Junior World Champion and an alternate to the Olympic team in figure skating, an international level competitive gymnast, and national level diver.  In addition to those sports, she also spent ten year ballet dancing, and has competed in; swimming, track and field, marathons, triathlons, mountain biking, downhill skiing, and football. These personal endeavors help Christianna integrate a practical understanding of her clients' physical needs, thereby improving her ability to implement professional sports therapy training and certifications for the fundamental development of her clients' muscular well-being. She also focuses her professional attention to enhancing muscle performance, treating athletic injuries, and relieving chronic pain. Christianna is able to target the most effective therapy by pinpointing the root cause of a patient's physical concerns through her comprehensive education in bio-mechanics, physiology, and anatomy. Injury rehabilitation assessment and soft tissue damage prevention, are the cornerstones of her approach.
